With our new remote technical package, you can gain high quality support, guidance and CPD to support you and your schools journey to the cloud!

At PKAT IT Services we believe in ensuring that all students and teachers have the same equal access to high quality technology and education networks. Our remote technical package covers everything you will need to gain quick advice, help or project based support. This package is a monthly subscription which gives you direct access to our central team and allows to support any onsite technical staff you may have to ensure you remain 100% online at all times.

Onsite support can be booked if required but this will come at an additional cost on top of your contract. This pacakge is billed on a quarterly basis or can be billed for the full year depending on your requirements.
